All Queen City Tech Solutions refurbished equipment (including laptops, MacBook's, Chromebooks, phones, tablets, monitors, and desktops) comes with a free 3-month warranty. Chargers are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Please note that the warranty is non-transferrable, and it will be voided if the product is resold to another person or company. International returns are not accepted.

Unless stated on the listing, the manufacturer's warranty is not included with the product.

Under the Queen City Tech Solutions warranty, we offer repair, replacement, or refund options for faulty products, provided that:

  • You have proof of purchase within the last 3 months.
  • You notify Queen City Tech Solutions immediately after identifying a fault or defect.
  • You adhere to proper use and maintenance of the product, following the user instructions as stated in the manufacturer's manual.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Expandable parts, such as external memory cards or caps for camera or lenses.
  • Damage to fragile product elements like glass, display, and lenses.
  • Consumable items such as batteries (unless the battery life falls outside the manufacturer's specifications).
  • Slight discrepancies between the actual condition and the nominal condition of the product that do not affect functionality.
  • Errors or damage due to faulty operation, environmental factors, chemicals, or cleaning fluids.
  • Product damage caused by assembly/installation or transport.

The warranty is voided in case of irresponsible, irregular, or improper use, including:

  • Broken display and/or casing.
  • Water damage.
  • Electrical damage caused by chargers not approved by the manufacturer of the purchased device.
  • Downloading and installing software not approved by the manufacturer of the purchased device, including apps.

The warranty is also voided in case of:

  • Non-compliance with the assembly, maintenance, or care instructions provided in the user manual.
  • Damage associated with regular wear and tear or deliberate damage.
  • Transfer of products outside of the US.
  • Improper activation.
  • Careless or faulty maintenance.
  • Damage evidently caused by the improper use of the device.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors or acts of nature, including but not limited to flooding, fire, or frost.
  • Opening the device or having it repaired by anyone other than the appropriate merchant, unless explicitly consented to in written form by the merchant.
